Rachael White is a physiotherapist and rehabilitation consultant with over 15 years’ experience of helping people of all levels of health to achieve their physical goals. Rach prides herself in client centred care so that we can work together to live your best life.

Rachael enjoys working with all client ranging from elite sporting athletes, children, pregnant and post-natal women as well as those managing their chronic disease or elderly clients. Rachael is also keenly interested in Occupational Health – All things work related – from working with the injured worker to optimising ergonomics and workflows of workplaces to matching people with the right solution for them.

She loves delivering workplace interventions including manual handling training, ergonomic assessments and education, work hardening programs and return to work plans. Exercise is medicine

Rachael is trained to provide Physio Exercise Classes and in bounce back rehabilitation, and Hip and Knee Osteo-Arthritis Exercise with the GLAD program from Latrobe University finding this useful in her practice for rehabilitation.

In her spare time she is an adventurer and nature lover. As a keen trail runner and mountain biker, she also has turned her hobby into a passion and also runs mountain bike skills coaching with Ride Fundamentals. Rach is always happy to offer inside knowledge into training for and maximising your running and cycling skill, working on efficient biomechanics, including optimising bike setup, running assessments and strength specific programs for endurance athletes. She is just as at home in a gym as she is in the Physio practice, so if you need specific training advice book an assessment and a program can be designed for you.

I keenly value being active in body and in mind, I have lived my whole life noticing the benefits of moving, exercising and testing physical limits.  And I'm always amazed at how it affects us mentally to move, or not to move.
